Guess what Hollywood A-lister has just had his biggest box office bomb in 18 years? Ratings and revenue are abysmal!

Guess what Hollywood a-lister has just had his biggest box office bomb in 18 years?
That actor is, unfortunately one of my favourite comic actors, Will Ferrell.
He had teamed up with Amy Poehler for new comedy The House, but it really has not resonated with the US cinemagoers or any better over here in the UK to be fair.
In fact, it is reported to have taken just $9 million over the weekend; a considerable distance from its $40 million budget and also lower than the earlier forecast of $12 million. Also got abysmal ratings from rotten tomatoes (16%) which is a hole 7% worse (lower) than the hysterically trashed 'The book of Henry', and then a 5.7/10 rating from about 1,555 people on IMDB.
"We're so disappointed. We had much higher hopes," WB Domestic Distribution President Jeff Goldstein told The Wrap.
