'The Commuter' Review: Typical Film, Typical Neeson But A Good Action!

⭐ The Commuter ⭐ Review ⭐ 6.9/10 ⭐

The Commuter' is a stylish, well produced action movie, but, as with many other films in this genre, it has a plot that fails to stand up to scrutiny. Far-fetched would be an understatement - it all feels very 'make it up as you go along.'

Plot aside, 'The Commuter' is a decent piece of entertainment, thanks largely to the high production value and Liam Neeson's compelling performance as the lead character. If you can zone out of the story and enjoy the fights, explosions and everything else that comes with a Liam Neeson action movie, then 'The Commuter' is a passable action flick, but nothing that hasn't already been done before, especially by Neeson.
