First look at 'Deadpool' 2's Domino and Cable!

Deadpool 2 is smack bang in the middle of filming and that means we’re getting more and more information about it. Star Ryan Reynolds has a new movie coming out in the coming weeks (The Hitman's Bodygaurd) and has begun to do some interviews. That means more and more people are going to ask about Deadpool 2. During an interview with Fandango Reynolds was asked about Josh Brolin and his take on Cable.

“I think it’s going to be very interesting. I’ve spent this last week on the business end of many Josh Brolin punches. Both verbal and physical and literal and it’s going to be pretty fantastic. He’s going to be epic. He’s going to be an epic Cable.”

Epic is definitely the word I am using after getting a decent look at Brolin, thanks to Rob Liefeld. Liefeld posted a side by side of Brolin and the character he is playing to show us just how hard Brolin has worked to make himself look like a real life version of 90’s comics. We’re honestly not sure how Brolin is still alive or standing if he’s going in that direction.

Finally, we got our first look at Zazie Beetz as Domino yesterday but she has posted a new picture to instagram giving us a better look at the character.

There are some fans that aren’t happy about the look that they have decided to go with for Domino but Fox has never really gone “full comic book” the way that Marvel or even more recently DC has. The look is interesting but that isn't going to make the character, the personality is the thing that will make the character stick or not. We haven’t seen that yet so we can’t really judge one way or another (never judge a book by it's cover).

Deadpool 2, directed by David Leitch, starsRyan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Josh Brolin, Brianna Hildebrand, and Zazie Beetz. It will be released on June 1st, 2018.
