Brilliant new thriller starring Joel Edgerton 'It Comes At Night' looks bloody scary!

Production company A24 has been on a roll these last few years. Just last year we got “The Witch”, “The Monster”, and “Green Room” and they even nabbed a bunch of Oscar nominations with their dramatic film “Moonlight.”  But even though they’ve got themselves a bunch of Oscar cred, they’re still dipping their toes into the horror genre and their latest feature looks pretty damn promising.
“It Comes At Night” stars Joel Edgerton, Christopher Abbott, and Riley Keough.  The film centers on a family that is terrorized by a malevolent presence lurking right outside their doorstep.  The premise is, so far, pretty cryptic and the trailer doesn’t do much to shed any light on it.  However, that doesn’t stop the film from looking intriguing to say the least. Plus I love Joel Edgerton he's such a gifted yet underrated actor with a sensational recent performance in 'Loving' among many other fine performances. This will be a great film I can feel it, with all the buzz around A24 and an ensemble cast its sure to be a hit.
“It Comes At Night” is directed and written by Trey Edward Shults who just last year wrote and directed “Krisha” for A24.  The film is slated for release on August 25, 2017.  Check it out below.
