HERE'S MY 15 MOVIES THAT WILL SURELY LEAVE YOUR INSIDES FEELING NUMB!!

Ok now being a man I'm somewhat sceptical of doing this list, but I watch anything and everything and I also have a heart and these films pull at my heartstrings so if your having "one of them days" (Which we all have mind you), Whip out the ice cream and get depressed. So on that note, here is my top 15 gut-renching films for you to cry to.

1) The boy in striped pyjamas

The son of a Nazi befriends a Jewish prisoner in a concentration camp and disaster strikes when he finds himself on the wrong side of the fence. Really kills your insides and destroys your soul. You will be sad for days.

2) Kubo and the Two Strings

One of the most beautiful films I have ever seen. From start to finish such a warming/loving story and at the heart of it a young boy who is inspirational. Personally for me I cried several times throughout so this earns it second place.

3) If I Stay

All I'll say is prepare to feel broken and emotionally numb inside.

4) The impossible

Your tear ducts will be dehydrated after this tale based on real life events that took place during the Tsunami in Thailand in 2004.

5) The Fault in our Stars

Really not okay after watching this. Okay?

6) Stepmom

There is nothing worse than thinking about losing your mum, so it's no surprise that this flick about a family whose mum is battling cancer is utterly heartbreaking.

7) UP

When the love of Carl's life dies, he is heartbroken and wonders how he will go on alone. Can an accidental adventure in a flying house with nothing but a dog and a boy scout help put his heart back together?

8) The Notebook

I've heard so many woman say to me that this is the dreamiest, most romantic story of all time. But not all love stories have a happy ending, do they?

9) My Sister's Keeper

Anna is the only one who can save her sister Kate's life. But what if she doesn't want to give up the rights to her own body?

10) Armageddon

A group of astronauts go into space to save the world from an asteroid set to collide with Earth. But not all of them will come home alive.

11) Marley and Me

Marley might not be the best dog, but if you've ever had a pet, you'll know that won't stop you loving them more than potentially your own family. It makes us want to cry just thinking about this film. It gets me every time.

12) Titanic

Never let go Jack. NEVER LET GO.

13) A Monster Calls

A young boy struggling with life with his mum suffering from a terminal illness, but has he found a friend in a monster?

14) P.S I love you

When Holly's husband dies, he sends her a list of challenges from beyond the grave. So romantic, but SO freaking heartbreaking.

15) Romeo and Juliet

The classic tale of star-crossed lovers never fails to get the old waterworks going. Even though we all know how it ends, you can't help hoping that this time, maybe things will turn out different.
