NEW GAURDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL 2 TRAILER RUNDOWN!!

The Guardians of the Galaxy may have been D-list Marvel characters before 2014, but their movie proved to be a one of the most pleasant surprises of the 2014 summer season, leading to their popularity skyrocketing. Now over two years later, we're only months away from reuniting with these heroes in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. And now the first legit teaser trailer has arrived online!

An important part of teamwork is OBVIOUSLY communication, which is why we see at the start of this Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 trailer, Rocket Raccoon is making it clear to cute Baby Groot not to press a certain button on one of his latest weapons. All of this is happening in the midst of the Guardians battling an Abilisk, so there's enough insanity to deal with, but unfortunately for Rocket, his tiny tree friend fails to understand the importance in not touching that button. Later in the preview, this unfortunately results in Baby Groot running off with the bomb in the cutest form, while Rocket asks Star-Lord if he has any tape to put over the "death button." The chances of that thing being set off just increased immensely.

The rest of the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 trailer is an amazing blend of action scenes/comedy and awesome rock, the latter by blasting "Fox on the Run" by Sweet (which Im now assuming will be included in another Awesome Mix Vol. 2). The highlights include Star-Lord evading enemy ships, Gamora jumping onto the Abilisk to kill it, Drax yelling out, "Screw you, spaceship!" (while showing off his own blade work) and Rocket blasting away at foes. It's also good to see that even with his small stature and adorably squeaky voice, Baby Groot is not someone you want to mess with at all I guess.that's where my saying never judge a groot bye it's size comes in.

The trailer ends with arguably its most hilarious scene that we have seen so far, as we meet new member Mantis and learn about her ability to sense someone's feelings just by touching them. And Unfortunately for Peter Quill, she immediately picks up on his overload of "sexual love" for Gamora. Quill is, of course, embarrassed. Gamora just looks down smirking like a little diva. As for Drax, he finds this revelation hilarious because he's mega old school, he wants Mantis to use her ability on him next. Either he's not worried about her picking up anything particularly sensitive or he's just not one to feel embarrassment or lastly just uber excited. As previously reported, Mantis was raised by Ego and isn't well-versed in social interaction, so iv got a feeling her naivety and powers should provide us with some hysterical moments.
Set two months after the first movie, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 will revolve around the titular heroes traveling across the cosmos and trying to keep their strange family together. That's just one of the ways family will be a key theme in the movie, with Peter Quill learning about his father and heritage being another example which I'm so stoked about, Along with Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper and Vin Diesel reprising their respective roles, the other returning characters include Karen Gillan as Nebula, Michael Rooker as Yondu, Glenn Close as Nova Prime and Sean Gunn as Kraglin. The new players include Pom Klementieff as Mantis, Elizabeth Debicki As Ayesha, Chris Sullivan as Taserface and Kurt Russell who has been appearing in everything recently as Ego. So are you excited about the new character?? How do you feel about the epic trailer?? #CAF #MsaNewsandViews
